Art of Living Faculty | Sudarshan Kriya & Meditation Teacher
As an Art of Living Faculty, my journey is rooted in a simple yet powerful intention—to contribute toward a stress-free and violence-free society. Through the practices of Sudarshan Kriya, meditation, and holistic well-being programs, I support individuals in managing stress, finding inner calm, and building emotional resilience.
My own path began as a student learning Sudarshan Kriya during my college years. The personal transformation I experienced through breath and mindfulness inspired me to deepen my learning and eventually become a certified Art of Living teacher. Over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand how consistent practice can bring clarity, balance, and a deeper sense of purpose to everyday life.
